5 x a week (bro split) training regimen
This regimen is based on a brosplit where you train each muscle group once a week (i.e. chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders). This workout contains three levels for you to follow depending on your fitness level, each exercise has a beginner, intermediate and advanced options (except for calf raises). This is a great workout split for those who need to improve each body part as it allows you to hit each part of the muscle group.
