Description
Created for teens with experience in sports or fitness, this high-intensity class is about unlocking potential and pushing boundaries. With a focus on weight training, HIIT, and conditioning, our teen workouts are geared toward muscle building, toning, and fat loss. Younger participants may join upon evaluation by Head Coach Kyle.
Main Goals:
Improve strength and athletic performance
Burn fat and build lean muscle
Encourage discipline, consistency, and self-worth
Booking: To book your session you first need to purchase the FITNERO Teens Club Tokens, and then use 1 token for each session
Location: Mriehel (specific location will be sent after purchase)
Age Range: 13 – 17
Date & Time:
- Wednesday at 4.30pm
- Saturday at 12.30pm
Cancellation: You may cancel your attendance up to 4 hours before the session and your token will be refunded.
