Yogurt is a good choice—you don’t need Greek yogurt specifically, any regular yogurt works. If you love watching movies and nibbling, there are smarter snack alternatives.

One popular snack is popcorn. Avoid microwave popcorn, which is often loaded with oil and butter. Instead, make your own popcorn with minimal oil—this simple switch can cut the calorie content in half compared to store-bought microwave versions. If you’re not a popcorn fan, pre-packaged options like Skips are a great choice, with around 70 calories per packet.

For those with a sweet tooth, chocolate can fit into your plan, but moderation and portion control are key. Choose individually wrapped chocolates like Kinder Bueno or similar small portions.
